Another day at Golden gate park.

What’s up everyone. It has been a while since I posted anything on here, because I haven’t created or shot anything new lately. But, last weekend my girlfriend and I had a date day playing tourists around Golden Gate Park and the Sunset District of San Francisco.

The main reason we ended up at Golden Gate Park was because I really been wanting to photograph Naga and the Captainess. Naga is the 100 foot dragon art structure that was featured at Burning Man ‘24. Naga was recently moved to Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. Golden Gate Park is the new permanent home for Naga. From what I have read online, the art installment is not complete yet. Currently, the art installation features just the Dragon. Apparently they plan on adding interactive treasure chests and a wrecked ship that people can sit on. I still want to go see Naga at night time, because Naga there is a different experience when the sun goes down.

After taking the photos I wanted of Naga, we decided to walk around the park for a while. There was hella people doing random activities. We plan on coming back soon and actually taking more time to explore the park. As we were walking back to the car, I caught some pretty cool shots of Street photography. I liked how the lighting and shadows looked on this one apartment complex. As I was shooting the photos, I got yelled at by one of the tenants of the building and wanted me to leave. Good thing I was able to capture the photo I wanted.

After the park, we went to grab lunch at one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in the Sunset District, Sunset Cantina. We grabbed some tacos and had some Margaritas. The weather that day was just perfect to eat outside in their back patio and pound a few Margaritas. We then wrapped up the day doing some errands before going back home to freshen up and do absolutely nothing for the rest of the day.

Well, that wraps up what I have for this post. Hope you all enjoy the photos. It’s been a while since I shot and did some post production editing, I’m kinda rusty. I also will be adding webshop to the website really soon; just need time to sit down and set it up. I will be releasing some small products on their. Til the next one!
